Contenuti | Il Corso trasferisce conoscenze e fornisce strumenti per comprendere e analizzare il fenomeno della comunicazione d’impresa attraverso la reportistica finanziaria e non finanziaria. In particolare vengono affrontati: 1) la comunicazione aziendale e le sue quattro aree (istituzionale, commerciale, gestionale ed economica) 2) gli aspetti generali bilancio civilistico (i documenti, i principi di redazione i criteri di valutazione) nelle imprese quotate, nelle imprese di medie, piccole e micro dimensioni; 3) il bilancio consolidato; 4) il bilancio sociale, ambientale e di sostenibilità 5) il bilancio integrato. |

Metodologie didattiche | Le attività didattiche sono costituite dalla presentazione di argomenti teorici, esercitazioni individuali e di gruppo su aspetti applicativi e discussioni di casi aziendali. Le metodologie utilizzate consistono in lezioni frontali; le esercitazioni e i casi aziendali sono supportati anche da materiale tratto dalla realtà delle aziende. |
Metodi di valutazione | La valutazione dello studente prevede una prova scritta espressa in trentesimi. |

Contents | The course transfers knowledge and provides tools to understand and analyze the phenomenon of firm communication through financial and non-financial reporting. In particular, the following topics are addressed: 1) corporate communication and its four areas (institutional, commercial, managerial and economic) 2) the general aspects of the financial statements (the documents, the drafting principles and the evaluation criteria) in listed companies, in medium, small and micro-sized companies; 3) the consolidated financial statements; 4) the social, environmental and sustainability report 5) the integrated report. |

Course objectives | 1. Knowledge and understanding. The student must demonstrate that they have at least sufficient knowledge of the topics indicated in the program and that they have the ability to understand the topic, with regard to the non-financial and financial information being in the different reports. |

Teaching methods | The activities consist of the presentation of theoretical topics through lectures, individual and group exercises on application aspects and discussions of business cases with exercises and business cases also supported by material taken from the reality of the companies. |
Evaluation methods | The student's assessment includes a written test expressed in thirtieths. |
