Prerequisiti | Si consiglia di aver completato lo studio del Diritto Privato e del Diritto pubblico italiano e comparato. |
Metodologie didattiche | Lezioni frontali ed esercitazioni pratiche. Organizzazione di seminari e consegna del relativo materiale didattico. |
Metodi di valutazione | PROVA ORALE: minimo quattro domande di diversa difficoltà. Il numero delle domande dipende dalla capacità dello studente di rispondere in modo corretto ed esaustivo. |

Contents | The sources of sports law, domestic and international organizational structure, major sports contracts, liability, and the sports justice system. |

Course objectives | The teaching aims to provide the student with advanced theoretical and methodological knowledge regarding the national and international structure of the sports legal system and its peculiar sources. Specific training objective is also the development in the student of the ability to apply the knowledge learned in terms of relationship skills with the main institutional interlocutors of the sports system, including in its relations with the state system. |
Prerequisites | It is recommended that you have completed the study of Private Law and Italian and Comparative Public Law. |
Teaching methods | Lectures and practical exercises. Organization of seminars and delivery of related teaching materials. |
Evaluation methods | ORAL TEST: minimum of four questions of varying difficulty. The number of questions depends on the student's ability to answer correctly and comprehensively. |
