Obiettivi formativi | Con l'insegnamento di Sociologia generale lo studente sarà in grado di descrivere e spiegare processi e strutture sociali della società contemporanea. Per il raggiungimento di questo scopo è necessario che abbia una infarinatura degli altri saperi sociali. |
Prerequisiti | Conoscenza della lingua italiana e dell’«abc» delle scienze umane e sociali. |
Metodologie didattiche | 1) L'insegnamento si svolge senza l’ausilio alcuno di supporti tecnologi e informatici; 2) Le lezioni sono esclusivamente frontali (nr. di ore erogate: 48); 3) La frequenza non è obbligatoria. |
Metodi di valutazione | L'esame prevede soltanto una prova orale, con domande da parte del docente che vanno dal generale al particolare (e viceversa) su tutti i temi affrontati. |

Programma del corso | L'insegnamento di Sociologia generale muove intorno ai concetti fondamentali del lessico sociologico contemporaneo, con particolare riferimento ai processi e alle strutture sociali. Privilegiando un dialogo costante tra la teoria, la ricerca empirica e le dinamiche della realtà sociale, l'insegnamento si presenta anche come un’opportunità per un confronto con la complessità dei fenomeni sociali, e per valutarne, di volta in volta, gli effetti e le criticità. Contents | The teaching of General Sociology revolves around the fundamental concepts of sociological vocabulary, with particular reference to the processes and social structures. |
Textbook and course materials | GENERAL PART: |
Course objectives | With the teaching of General Sociology the student will be able to describe and explain the processes and social structures of contemporary society. To achieve this purpose it is necessary to have a smattering of other social knowledge. |
Prerequisites | Knowledge of the Italian language and of the "abc" of the human and social sciences. |
Teaching methods | 1) The teaching takes place without any technical or IT support; 2) The lessons are exclusively frontal (number of hours delivered: 48); 3) Attendance is not mandatory. |
Evaluation methods | The exam includes only an oral test, with questions from the teacher ranging from general to particular (and vice versa) on all the topics addressed. |

Course Syllabus | The teaching of General Sociology revolves around the fundamental concepts of the contemporary sociological lexicon, with particular reference to social processes and structures. Favoring a constant dialogue between theory, empirical research and the dynamics of social reality, the teaching also presents an opportunity for a confrontation with the complexity of social phenomena, and for assessing, from time to time, the effects and critical issues.
